Shreeharsha popularly known as Harsha is a seasoned serial entrepreneur. Started his business endeavours at the age 14 with his ‘Mother’ from selling home industry Products. After completion of graduation in 2008, started working in cinema industry for 2 years. Then transitioned to Software industry as a finance professional and worked in multiple MNC’s Unisys, Vmware, KPMG, Jugnoo and Neo Group. Along with is career, always focused on customer obsessed business ideas and changing the world for the better.

A foodie enjoys tasting different food and experiencing culture, in his free time enjoys watching movies and Series’, listening to songs of 2000’s genres, cooking multiple cuisine food, self-taught photographer, Trekking and Cycling. A big-time self-proclaimed philosopher and a humble Philanthropist.

Junaid Hakim

Partner and Mentor

JUNAID AHMED HAKIM fell in love with media planning while studying advertising in college. He took up strategic media planning as a career & joined WPP's Group M immediately after finishing his Masters. During his 14 years long career, he managed brands like DEll, Dabur, Mars- Wrigley, Royal Enfield, Subway, MakeMyTrip, Mobile premier league & Dailyhunt to name a few. His core areas of expertise include Business Development, Strategic media planning & buying, brand communication and performance marketing. He also trains & handholds large teams at Group M through the process of digital transformation & adoption. Junaid is currently in the process of launching his own Media planning agency, his venture will help start-ups & Small businesses drive growth through brand building & growth hacking.

Junaid is a cricket lover, has a thing for urdu poetry & loves teaching as a way of giving back to the society. He teaches digital marketing at All India Management Association

Rajeshwari Rao

Mentor

Rajeshwari Rao is a mentor at Gruhastha, is a seasoned Real Estate sales Professional. Ms. Rao, who is now General Manager at SIDDH SHEKA DEVELOPERS, started her career as a sales executive with Eureka Forbes back in 1995. A laser focused approach coupled with her consumer obsession has helped Rao shine in the real-estate industry.

In her free times she enjoys Sometimes she does hum few songs when in absolute best mood and she is a fitness freak & a wellness coach, very sociable person, always excited to meet new people.

Krishna is backed by a professional experience of over 13 years. A person with exposure to banking, market research and ITeS domains in his career span. He's been associated with companies such as ICICI Bank, GE Money, TATA Consultancy Services and more. An adventurous person always looking to new challenges and opportunities. A great lover of music who plays keyboard and keen to learn playing few more instruments. Enjoys playing cricket, taking family on trips and partying. Krishna loves reading with special interest in Kannada literature
